What the king looked like(:

I bet you haven't heard how "handsome" Osiris is! Well, Osiris is said to be a bearded man wrapped like a mummy wearing a very "attractive" crown called a atef crown! Osiris's skin turns green when he is associated with vegetation. Well I turn green too if you know what I mean! Like puking. Hahaha! It also turns black when he is associated with the Nile silt or the underworld. Wouldn't that be kind of weird to change colors all the time?! I wonder if he is ever his natural color.

WOW!!!! Seth (Osiris's brother) killed Osiris! When I heard about how this happened I freaked out! OK, well Seth invited Osiris to a BEAUTIFUL banquet. But, before the banquet Seth got the exact measurements of Osiris height and weight so he could put him into a coffin!!! I know stalkerish right!?!?!? He brought the coffin to the banquet and Osiris got in the coffin and Seth closed the door on Osiris and drop Osiris into the river! Well isn't he one big ball of sunshine. But, then Isis (Osiris's sister/wife) found the coffin and tryed to resurrect him. Isn't that so sweet!? Then, stupid Seth had to ruin the sweetness and he found Osiris and cut him in tiny pieces and spread it all over Egypt! WOW, that must have smelt bad! Don't you think???

The weighing of the heart ceremony(:

WELL! Before you advance into your afterlife you have to "weigh your heart"! If it were me getting my heart weighed I would not let them! Because who would ever want someone to take your heart and see what size it is! I mean come on! Back on topic, what they do is they weigh your heart. If your heart weighs less than a feather you will be able to go on into your afterlife! Which I think is awesome!!! But, (here comes the bad part) if it weighs more than a feather a creature named the Devourer (half crocodile ,lion, and hippo.... I wonder how it got that way...) eats up your heart and your afterlife will be over! That would suck.

The "Beautiful" Underworld(:

As you all know the Underworld is not a beautiful walk in the park! It is said to be the land FULL of danger! I heard that people get passed down to the Underworld and stay there forever!  In my opinion, I would NEVER go there for a vacation spot. The underworld is said to be the most mysterious place underground. The good thing about the underworld is that they have 3 things of wealth pure water, gems and gold, even wisdom. There is also a boat (not a romantic boat) that takes passengers to one side of the world to the next! Isn't this place wonderful?!

OMG!!!! I just learned something new about Egyptian history. You have to listen! The king of the Underworld is Osiris. He has an AMAZING wife named Isis. They are brother and sister, but Isis is the god of love and motherhood. He just couldn't resit! After Osiris died, the people of the Underworld welcomed him in like family. He also was the god of the dead! I would not want to see dead people. Ew!
